Heart Gua Sha

Prep
Cleanse the skin and apply a few drops of oil or serum. The gua sha should glide effortlessly without tugging.
Pressure: Feather-light · Time: 30 sec
Jawline
Use the heart’s valley to cradle the chin. Glide from chin to ear in smooth, upward strokes.
5–8 passes per side · Pressure: Light–medium
Cheeks
Place the gua sha flat against your cheek. Sweep from the nose toward the temple, lifting as you move.
6–8 passes per side · Pressure: Light–medium
Eyes
With the small curve, trace gentle strokes under the eyes, inner corner outward. Use extra slip here.
6–8 passes per side · Pressure: Feather light only
Forehead
Glide from brows upward to the hairline, then center outward toward the temples to ease tension.
5 passes per lane · Pressure: Light
Neck
Finish with downward strokes along the sides of the neck and across the collarbone to encourage drainage.
