We currently ship from the UK to a select number of international locations. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or peak seasons, processing times may vary slightly.

All Skinsecure orders are thoughtfully packed in eco-conscious materials including recyclable boxes and reusable pouches, in line with our sustainability ethos.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the natural material and hygienic nature of our skincare tools, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Each Skinsecure tool is hand-selected and crafted from natural stone, small variations in tone, texture, or pattern are part of what makes each one unique. These are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email us at info@myskinsecure.com within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We'll be happy to assist.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or preference.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
